Store Assistant Manager:

Assist and support the Store Manager with all store functions. Interview, select, evaluate, counsel and terminate personnel. Coordinates and supervises all store products and personnel. Follow through on all customer and team member questions and requests. Evaluate customer service and resolve complaints. Operate the store in an efficient and profitable manner. Have a firm understanding of store financials and labor budgets. Establish and achieve sales, labor and contribution goals. Review department schedules and research productivity improvements with Store Manager. Order store equipment and supplies in a timely manner.

Floral Specialist :

Perform all duties and responsibilities related to floral buying and sales Provide excellent customer service. Monitor and prevent spoilage. Communicate pertinent product information to team. Maintain adequate inventory

Cashiers:

Assists and focus on customers during entire check out process. Perform all cash register functions according to established procedures. Is an exemplary Cashier, consistently performing at outstanding level in all aspects of Cashier duties. Maintains a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service.

Grocery Stock Clerk :

Performs all functions related to breaking down deliveries and moving back stock to floor. May assist in organizing and developing promotional displays; maintains back room. Will stock and clean grocery shelves, bulk bins frozen and dairy case Maintain back stock in good order. Sweep floors and face shelves throughout the store. Comply with all applicable State of California Health and Safety Codes. Provide excellent customer service.

Demo Specialist :

Perform national, regional, store and self-directed demos. Prepare and cook food for demos. Creatively merchandise, garnish and display product. Know demo product ingredients and their store location. Educate customers and sell product. Demo set up and clean up. Follow established food safety procedures. Ensure proper signage on all demos. Place product and supply orders when applicable. Accept and process product from Receiver when applicable.

Delivery Truck Driver:

We need a self motivated person to be our Delivery Truck Driver. Must have a clean driving record. Familiar with the Fresno area and delivery routes. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform warehouse duties.
